The Penrich Capital group believes in providing high performance in all its activities.
Our charges to clients and investors are, where possible, related to the performance received by clients. For example, the Penrich Global Macro Fund has fully dispensed with the standard model of charging management fees that do not relate to performance. Instead, we favour performance-based fees. These feels are only paid if the investment returns surpass a compound annual return of 5% p.a. so that investors are paying only if Penrich achieves a return in excess of what could be obtained in a simple bank account.
Our focus on high performance is reflected in the employee compensation scheme. Our employee earnings are linked to the financial performance of the company and the funds that we manage or advise. In particular, it is the performance over an extended period of time that determines employee compensation.
