Penrich believes that the best outcomes for our clients will be best achieved when we all have similar interests and incentives.
The fees for funds that Penrich manages or advises are performance related. This ensures that investors pay for services only when they have received satisfactory returns. It is in Penrich's interests to aim for consistently solid returns for investors. Penrich employees receive a portion of their compensation in the form of investments in the funds which vest over a period of years. This further aligns the our interests with those of our investor clients.
Where possible, our charges for investment advisory services and fund services relate to performance. Where this is not feasible, an alignment of interests is achieved through the performance related employee compensation scheme. Pay levels are linked to the performance of the company over an extended period of time which will, in turn, be closely linked to the service that our clients are receiving.
